Cadebill Local Provisioning

Cadebill Local Provisioning facilitates Pre-Order and Firm-Order functions between a LSP and an ILEC.

Put simply Cadebill Local Provisioning is a state-of-the-art ordering system that can be utilized for any local order on a per transaction basis.

Our system provides a single, user-friendly, web-based interface that can be used to place all of your orders with an ILEC.

Our fully functional web based interface with a built in workflow engine provides an automated, simple, and error-free interface to perform pre-order and firm-order transactions.

FEATURES:

  • Database driven software designed for quick enhancement to keep up with the ever changing Industry Standards and ILEC specific business rules.

  • Users enter details using a web-based, user-friendly interface for all transactions. The system determines if the ILEC requires a manual or electronic transaction and provides a user the ability to submit any type of transaction from the web-based screens.

  • An XML interface is utilized with the ILEC (where they make it available) for both pre-ordering and ordering.  This provides an immediate interactive response to all transactions submitted.  When XML is not available EDI is utilized.  For manual orders the system will send the FAX or the user can request a printed copy in .PDF format for mailing.

  • Cadebill Local Provisioning has comprehensive edits based on Industry Standards and ILEC specific business rules.  Thorough error detection is performed to prevent incomplete or inaccurate LSRs from being sent to the ILEC.

  • Many repetitive or dependant fields are populated automatically for the user.  Many other entries are selected from drop down menus based on details already provided on the order.

  • A built in workflow engine controls the flow of order processing.  This provides the ability to quickly see what action needs taken on which orders and prevents users from needing to track down what state an order is in.

  • An open network architecture provides the ability to interface with your existing systems, such as billing, to eliminate double entry.

  • The full suite of possible Pre-Order and Firm-Order transactions are available to meet your business needs.

  • MCL Systems Limited is a BellSouth® Certified Vendor.  Cadebill Local Provisioning has already been tested and certified to meet their ordering requirements.  For you, this means faster turn up with this ILEC.  We are one of the few who have certified all available transactions with BellSouth®.

BENEFITS:
  • Service Provider pricing model provides a pay as you use it structure.

  • Web-based system that provides a single point of access for all of your order transactions. No need to train your employees on ILEC specific systems and create unique processes for those systems. One interface will serve all your needs.

  • A unified system which creates both manual or electronic orders using the same screens and processes.  Transmission of the order is performed by the system whether XML, EDI, or FAX.

  • No expensive investment and recurring costs for the resources needed to build and maintain your own system.  No need to invest in dedicated facilities just for those ILEC specific OSS interfaces.

  • Ability to interface with your existing systems where needed to prevent double data entry.

  • Our knowledgeable and friendly team enhances and updates our software to keep current with Industry Standards and frequent ILEC specifications changes.

  • Our flexible software architecture allows quick and easy enhancements and expansion to keep our software ahead of your business needs.
